JASQ Series Dual-line Progressive Distributor 
I.Each group of pumping elements controls the two oil outlets alternately  and control the  grease discharge of displacement. Therefore, the blockage of one pumping elements will affect the oil outlets of the same group only , without influencing the other pump elements or the grease supply to other lubrication points. l
ii.Every two oil outlets shares one working indicator rod, facilitating the monitoring of the grease supply status of each lubrication point and maintenance. l

iii.The displacements of the oil outlets of the same distributor can be different (the two outlets of the same group of pumping elements have the same displacement); Different displacements can be selected according to the specific conditions of the equipment lubrication points. l

iv.Small displacement and high-frequency grease supply can be achieved. l

v.The grease outlet ports on both the left and right sides of the distributor and the grease inlet port have the same supply frequency.

8JASQ-0.1/0.15/0.2X2/D66D: 8-port JASQ series dual-line distributor; starting from the direction of the grease inlet, the discharge of the grease outlet is 0.1ml/cyc for two ports, 0.15ml/cyc for two ports, and 0.2ml/cyc for four ports; the diameter of the grease inlet connection pipe is 6mm; the diameter of the grease outlet connection pipe is 6mm and with a one-way valve.

Note:

1. Generally, the main cylinder of the concrete pump requires synchronous lubrication, and the single displacement needs to be larger than other lubrication points. Therefore, customers should pay attention when selecting the displacement; In the case of no indication, the two grease outlets on the left and the right sides close to the grease inlet side are used for the lubrication of the main cylinder;
2. When selecting an unilateral indicator rod, the grease outlet displacement on the rod side is slightly larger than that on the non-rod side. Due to the small difference, it can be ignored in working conditions where the requirements for the displacement are not too strict; the grease outlet displacements on both sides with rods are the same;

3.When the number of grease outlets is odd, two ports need to be combined.
